Philadelphia & the tri-state region
One team. One schedule. Full accountability.
Turnkey commercial kitchen installation for complex projects — from receiving and logistics through final commissioning and owner turnover.
Our story
Experience built in the field
With more than 25 years of combined experience in high-end restaurant management, hospitality, foodservice, and commercial construction, our company was built from a firsthand understanding of what it takes to successfully deliver complex foodservice environments.
Our experience spans projects and operations throughout the United States, giving us a unique perspective that bridges the gap between restaurant operations and construction execution. We understand the demands of owners and operators, as well as the coordination required among architects, engineers, general contractors, consultants, and specialty trades.
Today, we operate as a national-level commercial kitchen installation partner, providing turnkey solutions for restaurants, hotels, healthcare facilities, universities, stadiums, and institutional foodservice operations. From equipment receiving and logistics to installation, trade coordination, and final commissioning, we take ownership of the process and help ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with the construction schedule.
Our mission is simple: bring experience, accountability, and precision to every commercial kitchen we install — regardless of project size or location.
Who we are
Built for the hardest installs in foodservice
Philly Kitchens exists because commercial kitchen projects are too complex for fragmented delivery. Equipment arrives on one schedule, trades work on another, and permits lag behind field work — until someone owns the full picture.
We are that owner. Based in Philadelphia, we serve restaurants, hotels, healthcare systems, universities, stadiums, and institutional operators across the region. Our crews handle fabrication, hood systems, walk-ins, refrigeration, equipment set, startup, and the permitting that keeps projects moving.
We partner with owners, architects, general contractors, and foodservice consultants — not as another subcontractor in the chain, but as the team that carries responsibility from the loading dock to the final inspection.
What drives us
Principles we run every project on
-
01
Single source of responsibility
One contract, one project lead, one accountable team — from equipment receiving through final install and commissioning. No finger-pointing between vendors.
-
02
Schedule discipline
We plan in detail, sequence trades tightly, and stay aligned with the construction schedule. Delays get surfaced early — not discovered at turnover.
-
03
Trade coordination
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire suppression, and millwork don't happen in isolation. We coordinate every interface before it becomes a field conflict.
-
04
Quality through closeout
QA checks, startup support, punch list management, and owner handover — because a kitchen isn't done when the equipment is set. It's done when it runs.
